You can open and check your order when it arrives while the courier is still with you. Make sure the item is correct (color, size, or any defects).

If the item is wrong or has a defect, you can return it with the courier and we'll send a new one right away.

Once you receive the order and the courier leaves, we are not able to accept any returns. However, exchanges for a different item are possible, subject to an additional shipping fee for the exchange delivery. Please check everything carefully before confirming.
